Functieomschrijving:
- A Company Lawyer is responsible for keeping a portfolio of client companies in good legal standing by advising and guiding those clients in their international business structuring.
- He/she acts as a conduit between clients, advisors and other relevant parties, with assistance from a junior colleague and guidance, where required, from a more senior member of the team.
- Acting as the first point of contact concerning legal matters for clients, shareholders and other relevant parties and advisors;
- Responsibility for dealing with daily legal management and coordination of 40 to 60 companies;
- Guiding acquisitions and reorganizations of client companies/structures;
- Ensuring proper legal records are maintained in relation to all client companies/structures;
- Supporting the relevant Financial Account Manager with advice on legal issues and queries.
Functie-eisen:
- Degree in Dutch Corporate Law;
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Dutch law firm (or similar);
- Interest in the wider international financial world;
- A team player with a pro-active attitude, stress resistant and fun to work with;
- Able to work independently and accurately with effective communication skills;
- Good communicative skills and Dutch and English fluently speaking and writing.
