The company is focussed on a strong Customer First principle. As Operations Agent you are the first point of contact and are responsible for providing Customer Service excellence to our Merchants. You will be responsible to handle all inbound calls according to our Service Level Agreements

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for quality and service to all our merchants, including financial decisions
Entering and activating merchants and terminals.
Do maintenance and handle all incoming post/email/telephones
Responsible in all its aspects for merchants request.
Responsible for reconciling all operations accounts, exceptional transaction handling,
supporting Collections department, administer and investigate outstanding credits and maintain client's data.
Handling and/or creating all retrieval requests, chargeback, (pre)arbitrations,(pre)compliances and rewards for returned cards
Responsible for reporting to the supervisors
Management reporting is done based on the financial figures created by the agent.

Functie-eisen:

Required Experience

Minimum intermediate vocational education degree
Minimum of 2 years work experience required in a Customer Service department or call center
Customer Service experience and skills
Good knowledge and understanding of the total Acquiring business and products
Computer literate
Experience in dispute handling is a pre
Fluency in English & Dutch. (French is a pre)
