Functieomschrijving:
• Responsible for supporting the factories to implement new products
• Optimising of existing recipes throughout the whole product portfolio to decrease costs whilst maintaining quality levels and complying with local law
• Designing new processes for products based on latest proven technology as well as work on developing technologies for the future
• Working closely with co-packers to ensure they are on spec from a technological point of view
• Reporting to the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager.

Functie-eisen:
• BSc or MSc degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or similar
• Relevant work experience as a Process Technologist or Process Engineer, preferably in the dairy sector
• Team player with good leadership and project management skills
• Comfortable working and living in an international multicultural environment
• Personal skills: strong analytical skills, self starter, creative mindset and perseverance
