The key role of the QA Manager is to drive the standards within the factory ensuring all products that go out the door are safe and to specification. Key focus being placed on food safety, complaints targets/levels, micro & environmental issues, product quality, GMP/fabrication & adherence to procedures. Be preventative not reactive. Always putting the customer needs first & reacting to their requests/issues in a timely & concise manner. Building ‘Quality capability’ across the site through training, culture development and role modelling.
