As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be working fulltime in the Supply Chain Division and will be responsible for coordinating the total order flow. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both in word and writing, and a great sense of responsibility. You are a proactive, confident, very accurate and can also be described as flexible and service oriented. The Customer Service department consists of 13 colleagues and the Customer Service Manager.
You are responsible for the total order flow by checking all demands required for carrying out the customers’ order and will undertake action in case not all demands can be met. Searching for solutions to the challenges and good coordination with colleagues from other departments such as Planning, Packing, Sales / Marketing and Quality Control are crucial.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the total export logistics part of your own order. This means issuing all the needed export documents, incl. the phytosanitary document, as well the contacts with our forwarders to arrange the correct transport by road- air and seafreight.
